Get emergency medical care immediately.

🥗 Diet Control
Avoid sugar and sweet items – white sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, jaggery.
Eat fiber-rich foods – jowar, bajra, ragi, oats, vegetables, fruits (low-sugar), and avoid deep-fried foods.
Include healthy proteins – lentils, chickpeas, pulses, eggs, low-fat milk products.
Drink plenty of water – 8–10 glasses daily.

Walk, cycle, or do yoga for at least 30 minutes daily.
Consult your doctor before starting any intense activity.
💊 Medication
Take medicines as prescribed on time.
Never stop or change your medicines without consulting your doctor.
Regularly monitor blood sugar (FBS, PPBS, HbA1c).

- Practice meditation, yoga, or breathing exercis
- Stay away from stressful environments as much as possible.
🦶 Foot Care
Wash and dry your feet daily.
Check for cracks, wounds, swelling, or infections.
Always wear proper footwear indoors and outdoors.
🏥 Regular Check-ups
Get your HbA1c test every 3–6 months.
Get annual checkups for eyes, urine, and heart.

- Less salt, sugar, and fried food
- More fruits, veggies, and whole grains
🏃♂️ Exercise

No lying down immediately after eating—go for a short walk instead.

Both worsen acid reflux.

❗Chest Pain or Tightness
Especially with sweating, breathlessness, or pain in the arm/jaw.
❗Sudden Shortness of Breath
- Difficulty breathing at rest or with minimal effort.
❗Uncontrolled Bleeding
Bleeding that doesn’t stop with pressure.
❗Severe Headache or Dizziness
Especially if sudden or with weakness/numbness.
❗Loss of Consciousness or Fainting
❗Seizures or Convulsions
❗Severe Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Especially with signs of dehydration.
❗Sudden Weakness or Slurred Speech
- Possible stroke—act FAST.
❗Severe Abdominal Pain
- Especially with vomiting, swelling, or fever.
